We carefully triage all appointment requests to ensure efficient and timely service. To book an appointment, you can either complete our online contact form or call the surgery at 8am. Please note that phone appointments are limited, as the majority of our bookings are made through the online triage forms. These forms are reviewed by a clinician, who will assess your needs and offer you an appointment with the most appropriate healthcare professional.
Appointments with nurses, HCAs, or clinical pharmacists can also be requested by contacting the reception team or by filling out the online contact form.
Extended Hours/Enhanced Access Service
The Enhanced Access Services supports GP practices to provide appointments in the evening during weekdays and on Saturdays. They have appointments available with GPs, Nurses, HCAs, LARC Clinic etc. The reception team can help you to book this appointment or sometimes the doctor can offer you this appointment after triaging your request.
Our Enhanced Access Service is based at Medici Medical Centre and gardenia Surgery.
