We have introduced patient triage service to the practice. In which patients submit queries using the online triage form (which can be accessed via our submit ‘contact us online’ option or can be sent as a link via reception team).The requests then goes to a clinician to triage and patient will be offered appropriate treatment based on that. The triage will be opened between 8am to 3pm (Tuesday 1pm). It will be closed early if we reach our capacity before the close time. However, all our patients can still call in to the surgery for Nurses appointments. This is only for GP appointments.
