On the 19th December a national campaign to raise awareness of NHS-111 online (Get help for your symptoms – NHS 111) will be launched, with the aim of shifting activity away from NHS-111 telephony to the online platform, to ease some of the current pressure on the telephony system where patients can be dealt with through the website instead.
Please visit 111.nhs.uk and follow a triage process which is similar to the telephony service, based on your symptoms.
